Features, data feeds, scoring models, reports, and all platform functionality may change, break, become temporarily unavailable, or be removed entirely at any time without prior notice. Data accuracy, availability, and completeness are not guaranteed during this stage. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. By using Reveal Estate during this early stage, you acknowledge and accept these inherent limitations.
By creating an account, purchasing a report, accessing, or using Reveal Estate ("the Platform" or "the Service"), you ("User," "you," or "your") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and Disclaimer ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Platform.
Your continued use of the Platform following the posting of any changes to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of such changes. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Reveal Estate.
The information provided on Reveal Estate is for general informational purposes only and does not constitute professional real estate, legal, financial, investment, appraisal, tax, or any other form of professional advice. You should not rely solely on any data, analysis, scores, reports, or information provided by the Platform to make real estate, financial, or investment decisions.
Always consult with qualified professionals — including licensed real estate agents, attorneys, appraisers, home inspectors, title companies, and financial advisors — before making any real estate transaction, purchase, sale, or investment decision. Reveal Estate is not a licensed real estate brokerage, appraisal firm, or financial advisory service.

YOU ASSUME FULL RESPONSIBILITY FOR ALL DECISIONS AND ACTIONS TAKEN BASED ON INFORMATION OBTAINED FROM THE PLATFORM. THE PLATFORM AND ALL DATA, CONTENT, REPORTS, SCORES, ANALYSES, AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, RELIABILITY, OR AVAILABILITY. Reveal Estate reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate your access to the Platform at any time, for any reason or no reason, at its sole discretion, including but not limited to:
In the event of termination, no refund of any fees or charges will be issued. Reveal Estate shall not be liable to you or any third party for any termination of your access. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately.
All content, design, code, algorithms, scoring models, reports, branding, trademarks, and other materials on the Platform are the exclusive property of Castor & Pollux LLC and its licensors, and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws including copyright, trademark, and trade secret laws. All Rights Reserved.
"Reveal Estate," "HouseFax," and all related logos, product names, and service names are trademarks of Castor & Pollux LLC. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any part of the Platform or its content without express written permission from Castor & Pollux LLC. Your use of the Platform does not grant you any ownership rights in any content, data, or materials.
Proprietary Data: The following constitute trade secrets and confidential information of Castor & Pollux LLC, regardless of your subscription tier: aggregated parcel records and property databases; opportunity scoring algorithms, weights, and calculations; component lifespan models; HouseFax grading logic; deed classification and title analysis models; and bulk property data derived from public or licensed sources. You may not export, scrape, redistribute, reverse-engineer, or attempt to reconstruct any of this proprietary data. The data export feature available in Account Settings provides only data that you personally created or that was specifically created about you as a user — it does not include any proprietary Platform data.

By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. The Privacy Policy explains what we collect, how we use it, the third-party services we work with (Stripe, Vercel Analytics, Microsoft Clarity, Auth0, Apify, Railway), your rights to export or delete your data, and our data retention schedule.
Key points: We do not sell your personal information. Analytics cookies require your explicit consent. You may export your personal data or delete your account at any time from Account Settings. Financial records (report purchases) are retained for 7 years for legal compliance even after account deletion, but are anonymized so you cannot be identified.

The Platform may contain links to or integrations with third-party websites, services, or content. Reveal Estate does not control, endorse, or assume responsibility for any third-party content or services. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk and subject to the terms and policies of those third parties. This includes but is not limited to payment processing services, mapping services, and public records databases.
ANY CAUSE OF ACTION OR CLAIM YOU MAY HAVE ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR THE PLATFORM MUST BE COMMENCED WITHIN ONE (1) YEAR AFTER THE CAUSE OF ACTION ACCRUES. OTHERWISE, SUCH CAUSE OF ACTION OR CLAIM IS PERMANENTLY BARRED. THIS LIMITATION APPLIES REGARDLESS OF THE FORM OF ACTION, WHETHER IN CONTRACT, TORT, STRICT LIABILITY, OR OTHERWISE.
Reveal Estate reserves the right to modify, amend, or replace these Terms at any time and at its sole discretion. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the Platform. It is your responsibility to review these Terms regularly. Your continued use of the Platform after any changes are posted constitutes your binding acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the modified Terms, your sole remedy is to cease using the Platform and close your account.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Platform (or any part thereof) at any time, with or without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of data, reports, or account information.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Pinellas County, Florida. You hereby consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts and waive any objection to venue in such courts.
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalidity of any provision shall not affect the validity of any other provision of these Terms.
These Terms, together with any applicable Broker Terms of Service, constitute the entire agreement between you and Reveal Estate regarding the use of the Platform. These Terms supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications, proposals, and representations, whether oral or written, with respect to the Platform. No waiver of any provision of these Terms shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such provision or any other provision.
